After around 12 hours and everything is cooled down, I manage to see the final result of my potting project. It seems like the pain has been well paid. The result is smooth as a delicious tofu. But after a very careful examination, I find a short crack. Not much, and definitely very tolerable.
Added: Duh, my mistake! I forgot to consider the top cover which has an elevated part a bit on the bottom side. So I think I need to melt the filler on the edge to compensate this…
I hardly push my ‘micro’ lens in order to capture this 4 mm crack. With another tweaking on Photoshop, I manage to get an ‘understandable’ figure of the crack.

Memang sengaja saya dinginkan sisi2 luarnya Bos, biar ga lengket (karena masih ada ‘sesuatu’ lagi sebenarnya di sela2-nya itu he he he).
Kalo mau dirapatkan bisa koq, dengan cara pendinginannya dibuat bertahap jadi dia tetep dalam kondisi ‘sedikit di atas titik cair’ sehingga akan mengisi rongga di antara dinding logamnya. Tapi ya bukan itu tujuan saya he he he
