I ordered custom made transformer to replace my old Aikido Pre-Amp transformer. Before, I rarely ordered a “finished” transformer (but prefer doing DIY one with my colleague). But now I’m thinking to try a “proven good” transformer (and considering doing some comparison of its effect).
Finally it’s done. The transformer consisted of few secondaries, to supply my main high voltage, the rectifier, and the tubes.

Every layer of winding is separated with thin layer of mica, and every secondary also separated with copper foil. Can’t wait my new Aikido chassis to mount this transfomer!

Could you tell me about the seller of this transformer? I’ve plan to make a tube amp with KT88, I wish i could have the output transformer.
Many thanks.
